Hey kids! Today, 1/7/10, I went home with my friend. It was his birthday so his parents and his sisters and I went to get Sushi.

After the sushi we went to Maggie Moos for ice cream. I learned that Pennsylvania has lots of dairy farms. We can make milk, butter, cheese and my favorite ICE CREAM! Our state beverage is milk. We ship those products to other places through the Delaware River.

I had a great time. Before bedtime we listened to Will Smith's hit single just the two of us. Will Smith Is my new role model! I had so much fun!!
This is Wally Mammoth signing off for now! Do you have any dairy farms in your state or country? If or if not what is your favorite dairy product?

Ps. Respond! I want to know if you have dairy farms in your state or country.
Ps. Also I want to know your favorite dairy product.

I love ice cream too, specially in summer time

  2. Here in Nebraska we don't have dairy farms. We have lots of cows but they are raised for their beef. We voted as a class and our favorite dairy product is ice cream - we couldn't agree on a favorite flavor, but our teacher Mrs. Carter loves chocolate! :)

  3. It might be hard to believe, since we live just outside the 7th largest city in the US, but the state of PA is heavily dependent upon dairy farming. Yep, the rest of our state is full of cows! In fact, dairy farming is our #1 industry. There are over 8,500 farms and over 555,500 dairy cows in our state. Milking cows makes PA over $1.5 billion a year! No wonder milk is our state beverage.
