Wally’s day with a friend
Hi ! I am Wally .I went home with a friend on Dec 8 I made snow angels in the parking lot outside her home, I saw the Schuylkill River ,and made sparkly black boots, and played in VERY ,VERY, VERY deep snow, and saw a lot of cool things, I learned there is a quick way to the Schuylkill River ,and how to make boots and how to make amazing snow angels,
Bye ,for now, WAIT! I have one question ,If you took me to a river which one it will be?

WOW the snow looks soooo cool' most of the students here have never seen snow. Where we live it NEVER snows - we are at the southern end of the Great Barrier Reef, so the school is situated really close to the marina & harbour

PS can't wait to show the students your blogs when they come back to school on 27 January
Here in Grand Island, Nebraska we live near the Platte River. Sometimes it doesn't have any water in it, though, when it is really hot and dry in the summer. Our city was started on an island in the Platte River when the river was really big. In fact, that is how the town got its name. The Native Americans called this area "The Big Island".
ReplyDeleteP.S. We have lots of snow too.
Wow!! Here in San Antonio, we rarely get snow. We sometimes get sleet.
ReplyDeleteWe also have a river called the San Antonio River and it is a big tourist attraction.
WOW!Wally looks like he has frost-bite!!! We almost never get snow where I live.(we get ice.yuck!)The river close to where I live is the Guadalupe River. It's really beautiful.
ReplyDeleteP.S Hopefully Wally isn't a mammothcicle :)
San Antonio Texas here. We NEVER get snow here. I saw a pic of you and the cute Wally. I so want to have Wally here so I can show him around. Hope you like the snow wally because you will sunbath in the winter here.
ReplyDeletePhiladelphia just had the snowiest season EVER! We had a BIG snowfall last Friday, February 5th and another BIG storm on Tuesday, February 9th. Including the snow in December, we've had well over 60 inches of total snow this season! Vancouver, where the Winter Olympics will be held, only had about .5 inches this season! Maybe they should switch the Olympics to Philly?
