San Antonio Garden

by: Hannah H.

The Japanese Tea Garden is also known as the Sunken Gardens.

The artist of the entrance was born in Mexico 1891 and died the year of 1955. His name was Dionicio Rodriguez. It is a well-known, historical landmark and very fun for weekend trips. They have extraordinary flowers, plants, waterfalls, and more! Walking around and exploring the neat trails is fun for everyone in the family especially the parents because it is free to get in. Just remember to bring your camera. Do you have a special historical garden in your city?

  1. The Sunken Gardens are really beutiful & look very peaceful. When Wally visits Gladstone we will take him to the Tondoon Botanical Gardens. It will be interesting to look at the differences in the flowers & environment between Texas & Gladstone, Australia

  2. Hi. I think our state P.A. has an awsome gardens one is Longwood Gardens.I go there a lot. My family goes there a lot so I don't really have a favorite place there. They are always changing and replcing many plants so it is hard to have a spot you always go to. Do you have a favorite place in the garden near you?
